Why do I need to log in?

By logging in we can connect your profile to your donation history. This allows you to schedule appointments and see test results.

Register Your Account

Please enter the following information so we can match to your donation records. Your entries must match your Blood Assurance donor profile and the photo ID you registered with exactly (i.e. if your legal name is Andrew Paul Donor but you go by Andy or Paul, use "Andrew" to register).

If you are a first time donor, you can still create an account, but will not have access to all of the site's features.

Username Requirements

Must be at least 6 characters.
Can be no more than 32 characters.

Password Requirements

Must contain at least one number.
Must be at least 6 characters.
